Massimo is a Sicilian who got around the world, and even a lot. As a restaurant owner and later as wine marketer and broker he opened many, many different bottles, and he knows the world of Sicilian, Italian and International wine better than he knows his living room. Nonetheless, he always remains sober when it is time to taste and understand the potential of o wine.
From South Tyrol, in the Italian Alps, Thomas has followed his foolish passion for food and wine all the way down to the southern tip of Sicily. Now, he has a house and a family there, so there’s little hope of getting him going again. When he is not connected to the net, he loves to stroll through Sicilian towns and countrysides searching for traces of ancient cultures and for culinary revelations.
